We, at Intellectual Creation Cycle Laboratory Inc., established in 2024, operate a patent utilization platform. We combine the intellectual property management expertise of our parent company, IP Stream, with investment fund financing and operational solutions to create a comprehensive platform. Through this platform, we provide IP utilization services that support the practical implementation of university research technologies and foster business growth for startups and other enterprises.
We firmly believe that “a patent holds no value unless it is utilized.” To support universities and companies that have had to forgo patent utilization due to insufficient funding, expertise, or resources, we provide patent utilization support and offer a comprehensive patent utilization platform.
Through these initiatives, we aim to stimulate the intellectual creation cycle and contribute to the further advancement of technology, taking on this challenge as Japan’s first endeavor of its kind.
